Job Summary
Support 8000+ farmer owners across 7 European countries as a Members Support Trainee in Gdańsk: handle daily inquiries, maintain master data, monitor milk quality results, verify documentation, support quality assurance programs, collaborate with laboratories and logistics, develop guides for farmers, and contribute to a knowledge library. Requires very good Dutch (B2), at least a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage complexity, and a hybrid work model with 50% in-office presence.
