Job Summary
Responsible for engaging prospects, booking intro classes, and converting them into members; handles customer service via phone, text, and email, conducts tours of the studio, and works to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. Exercises strong communication, builds relationships with members and prospects, supports membership, retail, and private training sales, and uses Club Ready software. Must be comfortable public speaking, contribute to a positive studio culture, and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pilates knowledge is helpful but not required; starting pay is $15.15/hour with commissions and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional offsite events
