Job Summary
F&B/Outlet Manager responsible for delivering exceptional service at the Members Grill in a hotel/club environment. Leads supervisors and front-line staff across restaurant outlets, assists with direction and evaluation, participates in hiring and training, manages scheduling, budgeting and profitability, ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards, oversees inventory and procurement, and drives guest satisfaction through high-quality service (bartending, wine service, seating, and guest engagement) while maintaining standards and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
- Three or more years of related and progressive Food & Beverage experience with one year as a supervisor in a similar setting
- Solid knowledge of restaurant management, luxury hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training that results in staff that meets/exceeds guest expectations
- Completes required training as scheduled
- Ability to monitor labor as required by anticipating business activity while ensuring that positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met
- Ability to serve needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English to communicate with management, team members and guests
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must complete TIPS certification as scheduled upon employment
- Must have a valid current Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment
