Members Club Waiter/Waitress

Take guest orders from all food and beverage outlets, greet arrivals, and conduct efficient check-in procedures while ensuring menus and wine lists are updated and stocked. Provide exceptional service following strict standards, inspect areas prior to opening for cleanliness and maintenance, and supervise the Junior Commis team during opening and closing. Maintain high personal grooming standards, adhere to LQA protocols, and manage guest feedback by contacting management for unresolved issues. Communicate dietary requests and allergies to ensure special care is taken. This role supports Food & Beverage Management to deliver seamless hospitality at Six Senses Place, aligning with our values of emotional hospitality and pioneering wellness.
