Job Summary
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails while processing transactions such as withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and new accounts. Cross-sell financial products to deepen member relationships and originate Consumer Loan and Home Equity applications, ensuring funding meets member satisfaction. Perform ATM and debit card issuance, process check and credit card payments, and resolve member problems through thorough research. Conduct risk analyses to verify purchases and prevent fraud losses by confirming member identity and account transactions. Maintain NMLS registration as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator and provide accurate information across all product lines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in a sales and service environment
- Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Strong technology skills
- Experience in a windows environment including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and a positive and professional attitude
- Flexibility of work hours and proven reliability/dependability
- Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS)
- Must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
