Job Summary
Member Support Specialist responsible for fostering member relationships, handling billing inquiries, and driving retention across JumpstartMD clinics. Key duties include member communication, billing and claims support, retention strategy development, inventory and supply chain management for clinics, membership renewals/cancellations, data analysis and reporting on retention metrics, collaboration with operations and support teams, and app-based member support to ensure a best-in-class member experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in customer support/sales/retention (preferably healthcare/wellness), CRM proficiency, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or retention roles, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment
- Experience with billing, claims, and insurance-related inquiries
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales/marketing software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
