Job Summary
Receives incoming calls to answer member questions, provide accurate information on accounts, payments, and product options, and resolve documentation errors or discrepancies. Completes required documentation, performs basic account maintenance, and processes loan-related tasks such as payoffs and address changes. Actively cross-sells Credit Union products using telephone interview techniques to build financial relationships, while acting as a liaison to follow through on resolutions with other departments. Forwards complex issues to a Team Lead or management for review.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
