Job Summary
Respond to incoming requests via phone, personal teller machine, chat, and video banking while providing direct support to members. Educate current and potential members on products and services, then perform accurate teller functions including account history assistance, stop payments, wires, transfers, and deposits. Troubleshoot online banking functions such as initial setup and password resets, and cross-sell lending products like credit cards and consumer loans. Comply with all company policies, applicable laws, and regulations including the Bank Secrety Act and Patriot Act. Work remotely based on departmental needs, perform daily work functions for 6-8 hours, and assist other departments as assigned.

- Capability to travel off-site
- Capability for regular, reliable, and timely attendance
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act
- Knowledge of the Patriot Act
- Knowledge of the Office of Foreign Assets Control
Desired Qualifications
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
