Job Summary
Conduct club sales presentations and tours to prospective members while generating and converting high-quality leads through community outreach and telephone contact. Proactively contribute to the club sales budget by utilising promotions and referrals, then achieve successful outcomes to enquiries and required lead contact numbers. Manage daily operations by opening and closing the club as per the roster, actively involve members in retention programs, and perform regular service calls to new and existing members. Recommend club-based products during these interactions to boost results and amplify the member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
