Job Summary
Drive membership growth at Goodlife Health Clubs as a Member Support Consultant in Melbourne. Responsibilities include generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals, delivering sales presentations and tours to prospective members, guiding members through positive and personalized journeys, opening and closing the club as per roster, and actively participating in member retention programs. Requires First Aid & CPR certificates, excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset to achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals. Base salary with uncapped commissions and opportunities for career growth within Fitness & Lifestyle Group.
