Job Summary
Member Support Consultant responsible for driving club memberships at Goodlife Health Clubs through proactive lead generation, presentations, tours, and exceptional member interactions. Key duties include generating and converting high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals, delivering sales presentations and tours, opening/closing the club as rostered, supporting member retention programs, and maintaining regular service calls to engaged members. Requires First Aid & CPR certification, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, rapport-building with diverse members, and a target-driven, customer-focused mindset. Base salary with uncapped commissions and a pathway to management within a large Asia-Pacific fitness group.
