Job Summary
Proactively contribute to club sales budgets by utilising promotions and referrals campaigns. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, telephone contact, and identifying new business opportunities. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members while achieving required lead contact numbers. Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions and successful enquiry outcomes. Open and close the club per roster, actively involve members in retention programs, and conduct regular service calls to existing members. Recommend club-based products to boost results and amplify the experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
