Conduct proactive community outreach to generate and convert high-quality sales leads, including telephone contact and in-person sales presentations and tours. Manage club operations by opening and closing the facility according to the roster, while delivering personalized member journeys through service calls to new and existing members. Drive membership growth by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns, actively contributing to the club sales budget and participating in retention programs to inspire continued engagement. Achieve required lead contact targets and successful enquiry outcomes through goal-focused communication and relationship building.
