Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising promotions and referrals campaigns while generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach. Achieve required lead contacts via telephone and provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, creating great member journeys via positive interactions. Deliver exceptional service to existing members through regular service calls, recommending products to boost results and amplify their experience. Open and close the club as per the roster and actively participate in member retention programs. This role involves achieving successful outcomes to enquiries and driving membership growth through community engagement.
