Member Support Consultant | Park St (full-time)

MSCs drive membership growth through proactive outreach, community engagement, and compelling member experiences. Responsible for generating and converting sales leads via referrals and outreach, delivering club tours and sales presentations, opening/closing the club per roster, and maintaining member engagement through retention programs and regular service calls. Must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills, with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset and the ability to build rapport with diverse members. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission with realistic earnings around $65K+, and pathways for career growth within Fitness First and the broader Fitness & Lifestyle Group.
