Job Summary
Proactively contribute to club sales budgets by utilising promotions and referrals campaigns. Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach, telephone contact, and identifying new business opportunities. Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members while creating personalised member journeys. Achieve required lead contact numbers and successful enquiry outcomes. Manage club operations by opening and closing the club per the roster. Actively involve in member retention programs and conduct regular service calls to new and existing members, recommending products to boost results.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
