Job Summary
Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using promotions and referrals, then generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach and telephone contact. Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members while creating personalized member journeys through positive interactions. Achieve required lead contact numbers and successful enquiry outcomes, then actively involve in retention programs by making regular service calls to new and existing members. Recommend club-based products to boost member results and engagement. Open and close the club per roster requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life
- Desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities
