Job Summary
Proactively contribute to club sales budgets by utilising promotions and referrals campaigns while generating and converting high-quality leads through community outreach and telephone contact. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, achieving required lead contacts to maximise sales opportunities. Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions, open and close the club per roster, and actively participate in retention programs. Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members, recommending club-based products to boost results. Achieve individual and team targets with a focus on exceptional customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
