Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members while creating positive, personalised member journeys. Achieve required lead contact numbers and successful enquiry outcomes. Open and close the club per roster and actively involve in member retention programs. Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members, recommending products to boost results.
