Job Summary
As a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and prospects, driving membership growth through proactive outreach, community engagement, and personalized experiences. You’ll conduct sales presentations and club tours, nurture relationships with current members, and lead retention efforts to help members achieve their goals. Key responsibilities include generating high-quality leads via referrals and outreach, opening and closing the club per roster, delivering exceptional service, and guiding potential members to discover how Fitness First can support their fitness journeys. Strong communication, problem-solving, drive, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to motivate people and turn interest into action within a high-energy club environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
