Job Summary

Member Support Analyst in Mexico City (on-site in CDMX). Respond to emails, phone calls, and chats to resolve member questions; record interactions with concise notes; coordinate move-ins and move-outs; own issue resolution between members, hosts, and properties; create/assign tickets for follow-up; provide expert property knowledge and reinforce Landing’s product benefits to retain members.

Required Qualifications

  • English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
  • 1+ year of proven customer service experience
  • Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use multiple administrative tools simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and customer-focused with a track record of achieving targets
  • Tech-savvy: familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, and Excel
