Job Summary
Conduct tours, generate proposals, and manage membership agreements as the primary point of contact for prospective and current members. Coordinate onboarding, respond to inquiries with urgency, and troubleshoot concerns while maintaining accurate CRM records. Build a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship management, and support member renewals and quarterly check-ins. Assist with planning and executing member events, preparing newsletters, and promoting community initiatives. Help prepare promotional materials, support event setup, and ensure daily operational needs are met to maintain high standards. Partner with the Business Development team to manage inbound leads and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless member experience from first tour through ongoing journey.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, administrative support, or another community-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- A relationship-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional member experiences
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms

Desired Qualifications
- A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service, sales, event coordination, or relationship management is a plus
