Job Summary
Member Specialist to assist Honor Credit Union members with loans and products, open/maintain memberships and accounts, educate members on digital banking solutions, resolve member questions promptly, and maintain strong professional relationships while delivering a best-in-class member experience. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, MLO registration and nationwide licensing number, 1-3 years of related experience, and strong communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills. SAFE Act registration may be required for residential mortgage origination roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be/or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred
