Job Summary
As a Member Specialist at AAA Central Penn, you’ll be the friendly face of the organization—helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and notary services, taking passport photos, issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets, and guiding members to travel and insurance experts. You’ll become a Notary Public with our support, take passport and international driver’s permit photos, and share the perks of AAA’s comprehensive services. You’ll help plan road trips, hotel bookings, and car rentals for travelers while keeping our space welcoming and engaging customers through natural conversations. This role combines customer service, notary duties, and hospitality across in-branch and Giant store locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for helping people
- Willingness to become a Notary Public
- Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things
- Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease
