Job Summary
Conduct routine and advanced duties supporting growth, service goals, and profitability for Field Sales within a Branch. Provide professional customer service to members and insureds, including walk-in and telephone inquiries, while assisting in the sale of insurance products and memberships. Review and complete documentation for business written in an office, verify insurance coverage for lien holders, and manage policy changes, renewals, and billing. Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and resolve member-related problems using independent judgment, referring complex complaints to higher-level specialists as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School GED
- 1-3 years Customer service
- Moderate proficiency in data entry
- Property and Casualty/Solicitors License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state - Issued by State within 1 Year
- Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences. (5% proficiency)
