Job Summary
Contact and follow up with members to arrange resolution for accounts not in good standing, including negative shares, delinquent loans, or suspected fraud. Monitor accounts, apply payments, negotiate pay arrangements, and recommend loan rewrites for charged-off accounts. Gather information on member financial history, discuss deferral and modification options, and coordinate legal actions by analyzing applications and lien perfections. Act as the credit union representative in court proceedings, negotiate mediation agreements, and prepare loans for monthly charge-offs. Requires an associate's degree, two years of experience, and prior collections field knowledge. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 11 paid holidays.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of related work experience
