Job Summary
Responsible for contacting members whose loan accounts (consumer, mortgage and VISA) are past due to coordinate payment schedules and determine collectability, perform financial counseling, arrange workout loans/rewrites, and assist with delinquency lifecycle while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations; works with Credit Union leadership and other departments to resolve account issues, conducts skip tracing, documents all collections actions, and supports preparation of delinquency and charge-off reports.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
