Job Summary
Member Solutions Representatives deliver advanced service across financial needs, onboarding new members, and support for lending and business accounts; use a consultative approach to recommend relevant products and services, educate members on digital tools, handle advanced transactions (wires, debit card issues, specialty accounts), and resolve escalations with professionalism and accuracy; role emphasizes relationship-building, compliance, and ongoing proficiency in front-line branch responsibilities with opportunities for growth and Notary/NMLS responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required
- Notary – State Certification Registered and serve as a Notary Public required
- Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS) required
