Job Summary
Member Solutions Representative (Part-Time) handles delinquent accounts collection and assists with initial credit applications. Responsibilities include contacting debtors, pursuing payment on delinquent accounts, reviewing/updating records, tracking payment commitments, processing credit applications, validating information via credit reports, assessing payment history, negotiating payment arrangements, and guiding customers through repayment. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, negotiation abilities, problem-solving, and professional phone etiquette. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in accounts receivable/collections (2+ years) and knowledge of repossession and bankruptcy processes. Day-shift, customer-facing role focused on documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining account integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in accounts receivable or collections preferred
- Experience with repossession processes and procedures
- Knowledge of bankruptcy processes and account handling
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls effectively
