Job Summary
As a Member Solutions Representative at Leaders Credit Union, you will be the first point of contact between members and the member solutions department. Responsibilities include contacting delinquent accounts by phone, mail, and text; analyzing the financial situation of delinquent borrowers and recommending remedies such as payment plans; maintaining accurate files and reports on collections activities; informing management of trends in delinquent files; and, when required, testifying in legal proceedings and coordinating with attorneys or law enforcement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, a high school degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word), and strong written and verbal communication in a professional, courteous manner. The role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with possible overtime; the organization emphasizes training, growth, and a mission-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related or relevant experience
- A high school degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional, courteous demeanor
