Job Summary
Organize, plan, and manage the credit union's Member Solutions collection programs while overseeing portfolio performance. Lead the Member Solutions Department by coaching, training, and supervising team members in loan restructures, bankruptcy processing, loan underwriting, and loan servicing for consumer, mortgage, and commercial portfolios. Manage areas including Bankruptcy Administration, Reserve Analysis, Credit Bureau Disputes, Foreclosures, Force-placed Insurance, and Repo Assets, including the marketing and sale of chattel and real estate. Assist the VP Member Solutions & Servicing with planning and strategic initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of collections experience, five years of management experience, and proficiency in bankruptcy, foreclosure, contract, and collection laws.
