Job Summary
Member Solutions Agent (Collections) at Air Academy Credit Union supports the Member Solutions Manager in all aspects of collection activity. Responsibilities include contacting members to resolve overdue payments and establish repayment arrangements, performing collection activities via phone/email/mail, conducting skip tracing, managing repossession steps and updating credit reports, processing payments and credit disputes, and assisting with insurance and claims related to delinquent accounts. Requires knowledge of FDCPA, BSA, and applicable collection laws, plus strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; experience with collection software (e.g., E-Oscar) and high-volume environments is advantageous.
