Job Summary
Answer inbound member calls within established service levels, providing professional, efficient, and personalized service. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products, policies, and procedures to assist members with financial products. Accurately process routine transactions, account maintenance, and service requests while documenting interactions and escalating complex matters as appropriate. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products based on member needs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Maintain confidentiality and support department service standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This part-time, 20-hour per week role offers hybrid flexibility with set shifts and includes a base pay range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also independently resolving member needs
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality experience to both internal and external members
