Job Summary
The Member Solutions Advisor (MSA) is responsible for guiding marketing-generated leads through the application stage for auto loans, mortgages, HELOCs, and deposit accounts. Key duties include engaging with leads via phone, email, and text, managing the lead-to-application process, ensuring application accuracy, and providing seamless handoffs to internal teams. Candidates must possess a High School diploma, two years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Customer orientation and a proven sales goal achievement track record are essential for success in this consultative, outcomes-driven role.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- At least two (2) years Credit Union experience
- Experience in the automotive industry, home lending, F&I or sales experience
- Proven track-record of meeting/exceeding personal and departmental sales goals
