Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, conducting new member sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness during the shift. Customer service background preferred; basic computer proficiency and a passion for fitness required. High School diploma/GED and age 18 or older mandatory.
