Job Summary
Greet members and guests courteously, check them in accurately and quickly, and direct them to the membership department for pricing and enrollment. Answer incoming calls expediently, provide information on programs and registration, and process point-of-sale transactions efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club operations, policies, and events while keeping your work area orderly. Adhere to opening and closing procedures, follow acac's Five*Star principles, and assist with service days, special events, or club programs as assigned by your supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
- Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior customer service experience highly desired
- Prior experience handling payments and cash registers
- Proficient computer skills
