Job Summary
Ensure workstations are organized and staff the operations line effectively. Evaluate documents for compliance, balance daily transactions, and control cash and negotiable items under dual control. Conduct surprise cash drawer audits, process currency shipments, and perform ATM cash removal or supervision. Train new MSRs, coach staff on product promotion, and lead performance sessions. Resolve member account problems, explain services to generate business, and adhere to regulatory procedures including the Bank Secrety Act. Develop work schedules, attend staff meetings, and participate in hiring selections. Make safety decisions during emergencies and complete self-assessments. Hourly range $26.25–$35.00. Manchester, IL. High school graduate with 2 years MSR II experience required. Flexible evening and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 2 years' MSR II or equivalent experience required including cash-handling and customer service experience
- Experience in developing and/or supervising MSR staff
- Ability to work flexible work hours including evenings and weekends
- Working knowledge of computer software systems – New Solutions and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and ability to be trained and efficiently operate credit union systems and proprietary software
- Keen attention to detail, ability to effectively organize and prioritize work
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use keyboard and data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal/people management skills
- English/Spanish may be required
