Member Services Supervisor

Demonstrate knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies, communicating and implementing them to employees. Encourage staff to work as a team, make decisions, and generate appointments through referrals, networking, presentations, and phone calls. Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, enroll them in memberships, and continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products. Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems and conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness. This role offers a $13.73 hourly rate plus monthly bonuses for a full-time position at Crunch Fitness, a rapidly expanding global fitness company. One year of customer service and management experience is preferred.
