Job Summary
Member Services Supervisor responsible for supervising club operations, implementing policies, and motivating staff. Responsibilities include driving memberships through referrals, gym tours, public demonstrations, master systems and phone-based follow-up, ongoing membership sales for services and Dot Fit products, maintaining accurate records in the VFP master systems, and ensuring facility cleanliness through daily walk-throughs. Requires ability to communicate policies, foster teamwork, make decisions, and demonstrate professional sales and supervisory capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
