Job Summary
Deliver accurate, professional, and member-focused service as a primary frontline representative. Support new membership onboarding, account opening, and transactional services while ensuring members receive welcoming, efficient, and consistent experiences. Handle cash accurately, manage multiple priorities, and follow established procedures. This role does not include lending approval authority or ownership of complex service resolution. Work a day shift with 20 weekly hours. No benefits are provided for this position.
