Job Summary
Provide direct support to homeowners, members, and guests across indoor/outdoor SVCA facilities; deliver customer service; educate members and the public on SVCA standards, rules, and policies; manage front desk activities including answering phones, routing inquiries, and handling the general administrative mailbox; process POS transactions and balance tills; maintain facility cleanliness and readiness; assist with SVCA events (food handler permit may be required); help with communications by drafting content, creating brochures, and uploading program/event information to the website, social media, and The Views newspaper.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, recreation, or office environment (in-person, email, or phone support)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
