Job Summary
Administrative and technical support in Member Services to maximize member satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include handling member eligibility and enrollment issues (including escalation to HHSC), supporting the Value Added Service (VAS) program and related contracts, addressing member inquiries, assisting with ordering and inventory of member materials, ensuring materials are culturally appropriate and written at a 6.0 reading level with translations as needed, updating the member materials website content, managing material identifiers and databases, and preparing reports and communications. Requires a two-year/associate degree or equivalent experience, strong computer skills across Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines. The role supports Driscoll Health System’s member services operations in Corpus Christi, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year degree or Associate’s degree; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A high level of demonstrated experience computer skills is required to include, but not limited to; Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) and other database skills etc.
