Member Services Representative

Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions. Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, or direct them to the proper person for assistance and resolution. Learn to recognize member needs for services and present or refer them appropriately. Handle all monetary transactions for members. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service, along with proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. The role includes an every other Saturday rotation.
