Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free Zone and maintaining an upbeat atmosphere. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, facilitating account updates, and assisting with the PF Mobile App. Conduct tours for prospects and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Complete assigned cleaning areas and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. This weekend closer role requires standing and walking during shifts and occasional lifting to 50 lbs. CPR certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- CPR Certification AED/First Aid /CPR
- Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs
