Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, conducting new member sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive environment for all visitors. This role requires a customer service background, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
