Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free zone and maintaining a courteous atmosphere. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, facilitating account updates, and assisting with the PF Mobile App. Take prospects on tours, respond to member questions and concerns, and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Complete assigned cleaning areas and create connections with the community. This role supports One World Fitness's goal of enhancing people's lives through an affordable, high-end fitness experience across 33 locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- CPR Certification AED/First Aid /CPR
- Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs
