Member Services Representative -Weekend Closer

Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours. Facilitate necessary account updates and respond to member questions or concerns professionally, escalating issues to Assistant Managers or Managers as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness.
