Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness, conduct regular audits, and balance cash drawers daily while maintaining a safe environment. Audit and balance cash drawers daily, input member information into tablets, and stock retail and janitorial items. Operate equipment for members, assist with promotions, and communicate with prospects to resolve day-to-day issues. Ensure compliance with state laws and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Participate in team meetings and assist the GM with operational strategies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
