Job Summary
Conduct daily club audits, balance cash drawers, and update member data in tablets and point of sale systems. Monitor club cleanliness, stock retail and janitorial items, and perform walkarounds to ensure the facility meets Excel standards. Communicate with members to address infractions, operate equipment and amenities safely, and assist with membership promotions and community outreach. Maintain proficiency in the Planet Fitness mobile app and adhere to all company policies and legal requirements. This role supports the GM and AM with operational strategies and inventory recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Must be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
