Job Summary
Conduct daily club audits, balance cash drawers, and update member information in the Point of Sale system. Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere through regular walkarounds, re-inspections, and stock management of retail and janitorial items. Communicate with members to address infractions, promote membership, and assist with equipment usage while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Audit club inventory and collaborate with management on ordering recommendations. Participate in team meetings and represent the company at community outreach events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Must be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
